Rotem’s place is located very close to the Amstel river, just outside the lovely centre of Ouderkerk, where time stood still for so many years. The garden is a quiet oasis when you consider that one of our biggest cities is around the corner. The room is nice and clean and we enjoyed the treats that were there for us. Our hostess was so very kind to serve us breakfast in a traditional eastern style. This was very special and delicious and is very recommendable! We brought our own bikes and it was only a 15 minutes cycle tour to the CoBrA-museum in Amstelveen, which has a great exposition on Surrealism.
